Conference Rooms in Constanța

The conference rooms available in the Continental Forum Constanța hotel benefit from all the necessary facilities for a successful event. In the four conference rooms can be organised small events with 20 participants, but also large events with up to 300 participants. Rooms for corporate or private events have natural or artificial light, free Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning, a projection screen, a flipchart and a video projector. Upon request, we offer simultaneous translation, audio & video system, IT equipment, teleconferencing and secretarial services. Traian Hall and Decebal Hall have modular walls and can form a larger capacity hall.

We reconfigured the arrangement of the conference rooms so that the safety rules respect the maximum number of people allowed.

The Decebal Hall, with an area of 37 square meters, is ideal for meetings and conferences with up to 33 people.

The room has natural and artificial light and is equipped with video projector, flipchart, projection screen, sound system.

For coffee breaks, the room has a foyer, where participants can socialize and share business ideas.

The Traian Hall has an area of 37 square meters and is ideal for meetings and conferences for up to 33 people.

Traian & Decebal Hall

The Decebal and Traian halls have a modular configuration. By opening the movable wall between the two rooms, a conference room with an area of 74 square meters is formed. The new hall has a capacity of up to 65 people in theater arrangement.

The Ovidiu Hall, recently renovated and modernized, is a multifunctional hall, which has natural light, being suitable for a wide range of events. Here you can organize conferences, presentations, festive meals and other private events.

Ovidiu Hall has an area of 166 square meters and has a generous foyer, where coffee breaks are arranged, and participants can interact and socialize.

The Prestige Hall, recently reopened after a complete process of renovation and modernisation, is a multifunctional space that, through its facilities, decorations and appearance, turns any event into a memorable experience.

The Prestige Hall can host conferences, seminars, business events as well as private parties and events. The hall has an area of 350 square meters and has a chic foyer, where participants can discuss and socialise in a relaxing atmosphere.
